Started as a junior technician and quickly advanced to become a team lead, which meant being responsible for a team of up to 12 people. Team Lead duties also required taking an active role in the development of new procedures as well as being a technical and motivating resource for the team, which included the conducting advanced training for over 250 Help Desk Agents. The creation and initial development of an online Knowledge Base was also an accomplishment while in that position.
